What is the deposit amount required at time of booking?
$250 for each guest in the stateroom is required at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit.
What if I can’t deposit for all guests at the time of booking?
Request a cabin that holds the number of guests required. Then we’ll take the names of those guests that will be depositing. You can then call us back prior to the 2nd payment being due to deposit and give us the names of the additional guests. Please note, holding a cabin does not guarantee that we can add the additional guests.
What is the payment schedule?
$250 per guest is required at time of booking. Your second payment is 50% of the balance and is due 120 days prior to sailing. Your final payment is due 60 days prior to sailing.
What if I have to cancel? What are the cancellation fees
If you cancel your reservation anytime before 91 days of sailing, the fee is $250 per person.If you cancel between 90 and 60 days before sailing, the fee is 50% of the total cost of your trip.If you cancel with less than 59 days before sailing, the fee is 100% of the total cost of your trip.
What if the category I want does not hold 3 or 4 guests?
Unfortunately, not all staterooms hold 3 or 4 guests. We will do our best to accommodate you, but you will need to book a category that has cabins available that hold the number of guests you require.
What is the rate if I wish to travel alone?
The rate for single guests is 200% of the per person cost. For example, a category JJ stateroom costs $1059 per person, but that is if 2 people are in the room, so a single will pay $2118.
What if I’m traveling alone, but would like to be paired up with someone?
There are 2 ways we can handle.
1. Email oneloveinfo@radio-one.com and let us know your name, phone number, and what type of accommodations you are interested in. We will contact you and try to match you with someone.
2. You can call and make a booking as a single guest, paying the single occupancy rate, then email us to try to find you a roommate. If you choose this option and we cannot find you a guest you will be required to pay the 200% single rate.

Do I need a passport?
a. Passports are not required, but highly recommended. Below are the rules regarding travel abroad:Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Alaska (SEATTLE), Mexican Riviera, Or Canada & New England Cruises
For closed-loop sailings (cruises that depart from and return to the same U.S. port), you need a valid passport OR proof of citizenship and a valid government-issued photo I.D. (driver's license with a photo or any other WHTI compliant document). Proof of Citizenship examples include: an original or state certified copy of a U.S. or Canadian birth certificate, certificate of U.S. naturalization, original certificate of U.S. citizenship, or a U.S. Consular report of your birth abroad.
Note: If you miss your ship at its scheduled U.S. departure port and need to travel outside the U.S. to meet your ship, or should you unexpectedly need to depart the ship from a foreign port prior to the end of sailing, a passport would be required to leave or re-enter the U.S. by air. To that end, NCL strongly recommends all guests to obtain a passport for their voyage on any NCL vessel.
Does my price include airfare?
No, cruise only plus meals, gratuities, and admission all shows and concerts are included.
Does my cabin price include insurance?
No, but it can be added for an additional charge. At the bottom of the pricing page, there is link to Access America which is our insurance provider for the One Love Gospel Cruise.
Is there a host hotel or a recommended hotel?
Not yet, there will be one selected by mid to late October, check our website for more details.
Can I bring my children on the One Love Cruise?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. However, Norwegian does not allow children under 6 months to sail. They would have to be older than 6 months on the first day of sailing.
What are the themed nights for the One Love Cruise 2010?
We will have that information on the One Love Cruise website in late fall of this year.
