Sign up for the One Love Choir Competition on board the One Love cruise March 3^rd-8^th.  Select passengers will be placed in a group to perform in various choirs to compete. A maximum number of 50 passengers will be selected for the competition.  Choir participants will be selected on a first come basis. Each choir will be judged on vocal range, originality and group synergy. 

The winning choir will perform on Friday March 7^th during Friday Morning Worship Service on board the cruise.  The winners of the cruise competition will have their performances videotaped and posted on the One Love cruise website at www. Onelovecruise.com and on AARP websites through June 2008.

The winning choir will receive the following: 

• Opportunity to perform with one of two celebrity choir directors: Kurt Carr & Ricky Dilliard

• Nationally known as the AARP “Stand Up For Yourself” Choir.
• Invited to perform at The “Songs of Soul and Inspiration” Concert on June 21, 2008 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta.  Same stage as major Divas: Dionne Warwick / Ann Nesby / Patti Austin / Pastor Shirley Caesar / CeCe Winans & Chaka Khan.  Airfare and accommodations will be provided by AARP. 
• Each member of the winning AARP “Stand Up for Yourself” choir receives a $200 cash prize. 
• Everyone who enters receives a commemorative lapel pin.
